She also saved us thousands of dollars on prep and repair work by finding trustworthy but affordable help through her network. Joanne guided us through the process to purchase our new home as well and again kept things moving so we could successfully close on time. Even after all of our transactions were done Joanne continued to follow up on our questions and issues to make sure we had what we needed. I cannot begin to describe how wonderful our experience working with Joanne has been.
